| 利他行为 altruism 个人出于自愿而不计较外部利益帮助他人的行为。利他行为者可能需要做出某种程度的个人牺牲，但却会给他人带来实在的益处。西方社会心理学家研究利他行为包括两方面：一是人们在一般社会交往中的利他行为；二是人们在紧急事件中的利他行为，即旁观者介入行为。在非紧急情况下的一般社会交往中，社会规范对个人的行为具有重要的制约作用。实验表明这种遵循社会规范的行为在人与人之间是互相的，而且在程度上也是相应的。社会规范的制约作用还表现为在遇到有人需要相助时，会自觉地将提供帮助看作是自己的责任。 交往情景中的榜样作用也是影响利他行为的重要因素。实验证明，人会不自觉地按照情景中榜样的行为方式行动，或采取利他行为，或在一边袖手旁观。 除上述环境因素外，个人内部的心理状态，如个人的认识评价，对产生利他行为也有影响。此外，人在交往中因伤害他人而产生的内疚感也可以成为他采取利他行为的动力。 |
