汉长城玉门关段遗址是世界文化遗产长城的重要组成部分，位于我国甘肃省敦煌市北部戈壁深处，1988年被国务院公布为第三批全国重点文物保护单位。

| 玉门关 中国古代对外陆路交通咽喉之地。位于甘肃省敦煌市西北小方盘城。汉武帝时设关。关城方形如盘，北、西两面有门。北门外不到百米是疏勒河。古代西域输入玉石从此经过故名。和西南的阳关都是当时通往西域各地的交通门户，出玉门关的为北道，出阳关的为南道。元朝时，从现在的安西通往哈密这条道甚重要，关址迁到安西双塔堡附近。宋代以后，因中国和西方的陆路交通逐渐衰落，玉门关遂废。
