This paper analyzes the importance of establishing university students\'employment practice base,expounds the problems existing currently in the employment practice bases established in China,and puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting university students\'employment practice bases in China.

The article advocates that these surplus manpower and material resources should be used for learning employment, and learning employment could further promote the development of productivity in turn, thus forming active sense of mutual promotion.
