Based on the analysis on the rock assemblages,mineral assemblages,metamorphic facies and lithogochemistry of the parametamorphite series,occured widely in Foping area,it is thought that this rock series could belong to mesometamor phic rock series,with clastic rock argillaceous carbonate.

| 佛坪国家自然保护区 位于中国陕西省佛坪县西北部。1978年建立自然保护区。面积2.5万公顷。处秦岭南坡，属北亚热带落叶阔叶、常绿阔叶混交林带，主要树种有华山松、红桦、漆树等。三官庙一带山高沟深，原始林保存较好，大熊猫分布密度大，是中国大熊猫分布较多而又是分布最北的地区。 |
