产后乍见鬼神 旧病名。出《经效产宝·续篇》。指产后出现幻视幻觉的病证。多因产后失血过多，气随血去，心气虚则神无所归；或败血停积，上攻于心所致。失血太多者，兼见心神恍惚，睡卧不安，且多梦扰，治宜补血养心宁神，方用茯神散。若败血上攻于心，兼见心下胀闷，烦躁昏乱，甚则言语颠错等，治宜活血祛瘀，方用芎归泻心汤（当归、川芎、延胡索、蒲黄、牡丹皮、桂心）调五灵脂另研末食后服。参见产后妄行妄见条。
