| 导游 guide 在旅途中为旅游者提供生活服务和讲解服务的人员。导游为保证旅游活动的顺利进行，在食、住、行、游、购、娱乐等方面为旅游者提供一系列服务；为满足旅游者精神生活的需求，结合游览景点用娴熟的导游技巧、流畅的语言和丰富的知识为旅游者提供翻译说明。导游一般分为国际导游、全程导游和城市导游三类。国际导游是指带团出国旅游的陪同，也称旅行团长或领队，他们懂得目的地国的语言并熟悉其各种情况，主要是提供旅途中的劳务服务。全程导游是指在本国为前来旅游的外国团队作导游的人员，他们须懂得客人的语言及导游业务，有的需作旅途中的景观讲解，有的只作生活服务。城市导游是专指某一城市的景点介绍人员，他们只懂游客的语言和游览点的讲解内容即可。中国的导游分全程导游和地方导游两类，凡是各旅行社总社委派的负责旅行团在整个旅程中的生活服务和有关翻译的人员称之为全陪，即全程导游；各旅行社分、支社的导游称之为地陪，即地方导游，他们只负责旅行团在本地区游览活动中的生活服务和讲解翻译工作。 |
