Discussion on solidarity and cooperation are the moral requirements of relation between teachers;

In China,there has long been a lack of team spirit among teachers,because of such factors as conceptions,management,present state of teachers,and teaching specialization.

This article presents a study of American universities uniq ue features such as their credit systems, curriculum structures, open classrooms , teaching materials, flexible teaching methods, fostering of students hands- on abilities and team spirit, and utilization of modern education technologies.

It is also presented that teamwork and the information sharing could promote the abilities of responding the changes of market of clothing eterprises and synthetical competition.

Next, empirical researches of interdependence in teamwork after the 1990s are reviewed.

The method consideres the relationship between BDI states of agent and teamwork, and solves the conflict of selection between individual strategy and team strategy.

Then,the graduation design mode of this major is also put forward based on team cooperation in order to seek a way to improving the teaching quality of graduation design.

With the arrival of information era which takes the computer technology as representatives ,team cooperation has already become main characteristic of the product development.

Then according to the mechanism called "local control"which is about how to bring a total action for a complicated system,we try to found an internal model about team collaboration that should be helpful for the system\'s evolvement.
