In China,there has long been a lack of team spirit among teachers,because of such factors as conceptions,management,present state of teachers,and teaching specialization.

This article presents a study of American universities uniq ue features such as their credit systems, curriculum structures, open classrooms , teaching materials, flexible teaching methods, fostering of students hands- on abilities and team spirit, and utilization of modern education technologies.

Application of team spirit and elastic duty arranging for relaxing temporary lack of nursing human resources;
