This paper starts with the analysis of contradiction between study and training,then clearly defines the position and source of high-level athletes and points out that only by means of improving the quality of suitable candidates,perfecting the educational system,finishing translation from athelete to student and solving the students problems of employment,etc.

The thesis holds the view that conditional conjunction words can express conditional relation logically and are grammar part which are of linking function.
