G咧1 Tushuguan Xiehui YU Xuehui Lmh6hui国际圈书馆协会与学会联合会(玩tematio几目D妇e耐on of libra叮A~iations and Institutions;n几达)独立的非政府间国际图书馆组织，简称国际图联。成立于1927年。总部设在荷兰海牙。1927年9月30日，由英国、美国、法国、中国等巧个图书馆协会的代表联合倡议，成立国际图书馆和目录学委员会。1929年更名为国际图书馆协会联合会，1976年在该联合会的英文名称中增加了“学会”一词，英文缩写仍为】R人。其宗旨是促进图书馆活动的国际了解、协作、研究与发展;在国际有关事务中代表和维护图书馆界的利益;促进与其他有关国际组织的合作。111盛会员分为国际图联分协会会员、机构会员、机构准会员、个人准会员、资助会员和名誉会员6种。现有卯个国家的151个国家协会会员。下设理事会，大会，执行委员会，秘书处，国际互借处，计划管理委员会，出版、杂志编辑委员会，专业委员会等机构。理事会是l日人的最高权力机构，每2年召开一次会议。大会是专业性会议，每年8月中下旬举行。专业委员会包括8个部32个专业组、n个协商会议和工作组。U刃人具有联合国教科文组织A级顾问资格。主要致力于文献目录管理和其他图书馆业务的标准化工作，制定国家文献目录和图书馆用国际文献著录标准、收藏标准和数据流通信标准。其制定的国际《标准书目著录(总则)》、《国际标准书目著录(单行出版物)》、《国际标准书目著录(连续出版物)》、《国际标准书目著录(非书材料)》、《国际标准书目著录(计算机文件)》等国际标准为世界各国广泛采用。中国文献工作标准化技术委员会参照巧BD系列组织制定了《文献著录总则》及各分则以及(检索期刊条目著录规则)等国家标准。1日透制定的标准经国际标准化组织(】50)认可，作为国际标准被收人《国际标准题内关键词索引》中。中国是IFI人的创始成员国之一。加世纪so年代初，中国图书馆学会在国际图联的国家协会地位得到恢复。到1卯1年9月，北京图书馆、中国科学院文献情报中心、北京大学图书馆学情报学系、清华大学图书馆、上海图书馆、中国人民大学图书馆等12个单位成为其机构会员。 (张国华)
