【企事业单位坐支现金计划l它是开户银行对未来一定时期企事业单位需要坐支现金的安排。坐支现金是指有现金收人的企事业单位从其现金收入中直接支付现金的行为。有下列情况的企事业单位可以坐支现金:l、基层供销社、粮站、食品站、委托商店等收购、销售兼营单位，允许以销售收人支付收购款。2、邮电局以汇兑收人支付汇款，医院以收人退还病人预收款。3、其他有特殊情况的单位。由于坐支现金会打乱现金收支渠道，削弱银行对单位现金收支活动的监督，银行对坐支现金的单位和范围实行严格控制。需坐支现金的单位，要事先申报计划，经开户银行审批后，核定坐支现金的范围和限额。坐支单位必须在帐上如实反映坐支金额，并按月向开户银行报送坐支金额和坐支现金的使用情况。零售商店与服务业等单位的营业收人，一律不准坐支。工资、津贴、奖金等对个人的其他支出，一律不许从单位收人现金中坐支。
