本文运用相关理论,依据西藏有关部门的政策法规与数据资料,结合在西藏农牧区实地调研的所见所闻,在描述西藏农牧区贫困特征与成因的基础上,试图归纳出西藏农牧区的贫困类型、贫困标准以及反贫困政策的与众不同之处,进而对西藏农牧区的反贫困路径与政策提出个人见解。
