方仁渊（1844-1926年） 清末民国间医家。字耕霞，江苏江阴人。初习举子业，好诗文，攻经史，后从名医王旭高学医。后在苏州药店学徒，后移居常熟悬壶，医术精进，医德高尚。尝辑《新编汤头歌诀》，另有《倚云轩医案》、《倚云轩医论》等，另整理《王旭高医案》行世。
