| 系统脱敏法 systematic desensitization 通过循序渐进的过程，逐步消除焦虑、恐怖状态及其他恐怖反应的一种行为治疗方法。具体步骤是：①先将患者的各种焦虑反应排成由弱到强的等级。②帮助患者学会一种与焦虑反应相对抗的松弛反应，使之熟练。③逐渐加强引起焦虑反应的刺激强度，且每当焦虑反应出现时，都给信号，令患者放松。这样使两种互不相容的反应发生对抗，使焦虑反应受到抑制，进而建立正常反应。 |
