The text raises two major problems which widely exist in today s graduate education system on the base of analyzing the influence of constructing rich academic atmosphere in cultivating modern graduates.
文章在分析构建浓郁学术氛围在研究生培养工作中的重要作用的基础上提出现行研究生教育体系中普遍存在的学术氛围不浓以及学术活动形式单调两大主要问题,并着重分析了问题产生的原因,进而提出四点建议来构建创新型研究生学术氛围,活跃研究生学术思想。

北京体育研究社属民间武术组织,1912年11月由北京武术界著名人士许禹生与郭志云、葛馨吾、延曼生、伊见思、杨季子等人，访请各派名家耿诚信、吴鉴泉、赵鑫州、恒寿山、纪子修、高克兴、佟瑞甫等人，在北京筹备建立的武术研究团体。
该社宗旨是开展与普及武术运动，研究武术理论与武术历史，培养武术人才，以达到强民救国的目的。该社由许禹生任副社长,社址在北京西四北。1916年，经许禹生倡议，聘请杨少侯，孙禄堂、杨澄甫、吴鉴泉、刘彩臣、刘恩绶、纪子修、佟瑞甫、张忠元、兴石如等名家开办北京体育讲习所，作为体育研究社的增设机构，以培训武术教师为目的。此举颇得当时的教育部长蔡元培赞许，并由教育部拨款于北京西单西斜街建新址，通令各地选派学员来京学习。1929年12月，又仿照中央国术馆宗旨建立北平市国术馆，以培养武术师资，审定武术教材，传习各种拳、械，研究武术理论。同时还设立了高等研究部、普通研究班、各门专修班和民众练习班，以普及与研究武术。该社还编辑出版过《体育》月刊和一些教材。
