wuqi xitong gainian yQnliu武器系统概念研究(eoncept researeh。fweaPon“System)武器系统方案确立之前所进行的探索性研究。概念研究处于研制程序的最初阶段，即论证阶段。它包括为满足用户(使用部队)提出的战术技术指标和使用要求所进行的技术预测、武器运用前景分析、构思各种方案和选择技术途径等项工作。在概念研究阶段需定义武器系统，明确系统概念，确定技术目标，按所定目标和要求进行武器型号的可行性论证。 概念研究阶段应具备的基本条件是:①产品型号列人已经批准的武器装备研制的中长期计划或经有关部门批谁立项。②已经取得了应用基础研究和应用技术研究成果。③武器系统拟采用的新技术和工程开发项口已有先期技术开发成果。 概念研究的主要工作内容是:①由使用部门根据武器装备研制中长期计划(或按程序批准的项目)组织研制单位等有关部门参力jI，提出武器型一号的战术技术指标和使用要求，并对其进行可行性论证。②通过论证，研制部门向使用部门提出可达到的指标和总体技术方案设想，大型试验方案的初步设想、研制周期、重要保障条件、研制经费估算、风险评估和研制分工建议等。③在此基础上，由使用部门组织论证后提出《武器系统总要求》报告(对常规武器，一般提出《战术技术指标要求》报告)，经有关部门审核批准，使用部门与研制部门签订《研制总协议》或《合同书》报上级主管部门备案。本阶段的主要成果是战术技术指标和使用要求及其可行性论证报告。 一个武器型号的.钱术技术指标和总体方案确定的正确与否，先进性、适应性、生存性、可替代性和扩展性如何，对整个型号的研制质量、经费、周期和未来武器的系列化影响极大。所以，在论证时要充分了解国内外的技术现状与发展前景，还可利用国际“先进的技术预警系统”(ATAS)，按本国工业发展水平、经济能力、技术储备等实际情况，制定出合理的战术技术要求，并在可靠的基础上制定出比较先进的设计方案。 (颜廷富)
