动作示范(modeling of aetion)示范者为了使学习者了解动作方式的结构及特点而展示标准的动作模式的过程。这是动作技能教学中的一个重要环节,是学习者形成动作映象的必要条件。示范者所展示的示范动作应具有高度的正确性,否则,学习者所形成的错误的动作映象就会妨碍完善的动作技能的实现。示范者展示示范动作的速度不宜过快,由于示范动作对学习者还是一种不熟悉的客体,如果展示的速度过快,就难以使学习者觉察到示范动作的结构和特点,不易形成准确的动作映象。展示示范动作要做到整体示范与分解示范相结合。整体示范的作用在于使学习者了解整个动作系统的全貌。分解示范的作用在于使学习者了解各个局部动作的形式、顺序、力量等方面的特点。展示示范动作还要做到示范与讲解相结合。为了使学习者了解动作方式的结构时,讲解应配合示范进行。通过讲解突出动作结构的特点、各动作间的联结状况。为了使学习者了解动作的原理、原则,示范应配合讲解进行,示范的目的是印证讲解的内容。 (成立夫撰匾亘国审)
