This paper puts forward the basic idea of adjusting structure,optimizing and linking, that is to realize optimmum structure of integration of steelmaking and steel rolling, which based on the summary of the achievements and existing problems of steelmaking and steel rolling production in 1997.

This paper first observes and studies the relationship between cohesive overtness and register by analyzing a group of language materials, and then concludes that constructing a text (both English and Chinese) and its translation require the proper cohesive choices.
