Our series of studies on the relationship between physical self and subjective well-being have accumulated five findings.

This study measured 409 college students relationship between emotion regulation and subjective well-being using Emotion Regulation Questio- nnaire and Scale of Subjective Well-being.

Social happiness and personal happiness belong to a dialectical unity in which personal happiness depends not only on one\'s own experiences and feelings,but also on survival environment and social system,and in which happiness has the dual characteristics of both subjective happiness and objective happiness.

Based on a reflection of the relevant empirical studies, this paper holds that, to study the subjective happiness of the urban and rural citizens, researchers should clearly define their study objects, make dialogues with other similar studies, collect representative samples, explicitly illustrate the cause-and-effect relationship, and control some factors that may affect the research results.

Results Due to the difference in marital status, there existed differences in subjective sense of happiness and social support among the nurses.

This research,adopting the quantification method,randomly gave out questionnaires in the same community and compared the subjective sense of happiness of both low-income and high-income families,and after analyzing the data,revealed the characteristics of the subjective sense of happiness of low-income families.

A questionnaire about the index of feelings and EPQ is conducted among 329 middle school teachers of different nationalities in Xinjiang Uigur Autonomous Region to collect information about the relations between subjective sense of happiness and personality.
