运用文献资料法、调查访问法对体育手段发展进行了比较全面的分析,强调了传统体育手段和现代化体育手段的发展与创新,充分发挥体育手段这一不断发展的开放体系的特点,把各种体育手段进行多重组合;健身手段与健康手段结合;国际体育手段与民族体育手段结合;竞技运动项目向体育手段、娱乐手段转化;自然与都市化生活的体育手段的选择、有意识地促进体育手段的现代化、科学化、系统化、国际化、大众化。

青海青海湖国家级自然保护区
位于青海省刚察、海晏、共和3县境内，面积495200公顷，1975年经青海省人民政府批准建立，1997年晋升为国家级，主要保护对象为高原湿地生态系统和珍稀鸟类。
本区地处青藏高原东北部，以青海湖为主体，湖周依次为湖滨平原、沼泽草甸、山地草甸、半荒漠干草滩和荒漠化沙丘带景观。湖区及环湖地区共有鸟兽200种，其中兽类6目、15科36种；鸟类15目35科164种，繁殖鸟占鸟类总数的69.5％，达114种之多；主要保护的4种水禽斑头雁、棕头鸥、鸬鹚总体数量达40余万只；大天鹅数量也达1000多只，是我国高原内陆地区水禽候鸟栖息、繁衍和越冬的重要区域之一，也是候鸟迁徙的驿站。本区列为国家重点保护的野生动物主要有黑颈鹤、普氏原羚、大天鹅等。青海湖保护区丰富多样的湿地生态系统类型和生物资源，使其被列入国际重要湿地名录，在今后的生物多样性保护中，将会发按越来越重要的作用。
