在端州区康乐中路，建于清乾隆三十二年（1767），占地面积1285.2平方米，寺内有礼拜殿、两廊房舍等建筑，礼拜殿前檐石柱阴刻楷书槛联“勤念礼课斋，七日一朝须敬畏；守忠存仁义，六行三物贵真诚”。殿内有四根石柱上刻着《古兰经》。1983年，因寺内建筑物严重倾危，遂重建阿拉伯式建筑，1984年9月竣工。寺由礼拜殿、经堂、两廊、浴室、办公室、阿訇宿舍、厨房、停生阁等建筑群组成。主体建筑礼拜殿面积为434.8平方米，顶部是白色圆形尖塔式顶。
