An Analysis on Institutional Adaptive Efficiency in the Economic Growth in the Transitional Period of Our Country;

From the analysis of the adaptive efficiency micro-angle which is from North s classical works,this thesis puts forward that the basic reasons why GEM in China should introduce market-making system are that it can be combined with socialist market economy system with Chinese features;that it has been practised in China.

One of the internal mechanism of institutional change lies in the adaptive efficiency it provides.
