After that,we observed gastric mucosa of 16 cases spleen-stomach qi deficiency,16 cases liver-stomach disharmony gastric abscess patients and 3 cases health adults through transmission electron microscope,found that mitochondria number of acid cell of spleen-stomach qi deficiency astric abscess patients,counted number of zymogen granule of adelomorphou.
此后通过对16例脾胃气虚、16例肝胃不和型胃脘痛患者及3例正常人胃黏膜进行透射电镜观察,发现:脾胃气虚胃脘痛患者壁细胞线粒体数目、主细胞单位面积内酶原颗粒计数较正常组、肝胃不和组明显减少;壁细胞及浆细胞均可见线粒体肿胀,膜缺损,嵴断裂、基质变淡等变化,与对照组相比有明显差异。

积冷胃脘痛 病证名。冷饮内伤，阴寒凝积所致的胃脘痛。《症因脉治》卷一：“二便清利，手足逆冷，口吐涎沫，得寒饮则甚，此积冷症也。”治用豆蔻丸。《类证治裁·胃脘痛》治以辛热通阳，用术附汤加厚朴、草蔻。《医学三字经·心腹痛胸痹第七》以理中汤加附子、肉桂主之。兼呕者，以吴茱萸汤主之。参见胃脘痛条。
