| 鞍马 sade horse 男子竞技体操项目之一。起源于欧洲。罗马人曾利用木制马来训练骑手。19世纪初德国体操家F.L.杨把这种木马砍头去尾作为体操器械。1896年鞍马被列为体操比赛项目。现代比赛用鞍马器械长160厘米，宽35厘米，马背中央木环上沿离地面120厘米，离马背12厘米，两环相距40～45厘米。比赛成套动作包括两臂交替支撑的各种单腿摆越，正、反交叉，单、双腿全旋和各种移位转体等动作。20世纪50年代鞍马上有了各种环上转体。70年代中、后期，匈牙利运动员Z.马乔尔开创了纵向前移位、沿身体纵轴反向转体和跳动移位等技术，美国运动员K.托马斯创造了分腿波浪全旋技术。80年代，倒立技术与隔环转体类型的动作逐渐增多。鞍马技术进展快，难新动作不断出现。中国运动员对鞍马技术的进展作出了不少贡献，1981～1992年在世界性比赛中共获得6次鞍马世界冠军。
