中国西汉皇后玉玺。1968年发现于陕西咸阳渭河北塬韩家湾公社狼家沟。正方形，边长2.8厘米，高2厘米，重 33克，螭虎纽，四侧刻云纹，印面阴刻"皇后之玺"4字，是已发现的最重要的古代玺印之一。
汉代册立皇后，都要授予玺印，它是皇后合法身分的凭证。东汉卫宏《汉旧仪》："皇后玉玺，文与帝同。皇后之玺，金螭虎纽。"这方"皇后之玺"，用优质玉料制作，雕镂精致，印文端庄典雅，所篆文字及纽式与卫宏所记一致，正是汉某皇后的佩印。"皇后之玺"属西汉遗物，在学术界已无异议，但其具体时代却有不同看法。有的认为是吕后的佩印，多数学者根据印文篆体及印面设计，推断其时代属文景至西汉中后期。
