The present paper differentiates two types of the peasants emancipation in the Liberated Areas: The passive one and positive one,presenting the emancipated peasants complex conflicts in thought and the transformation of their mentality.

It is inevitable choice under specific historical condition for the government that the status of farmers was systematized,but actually which causes the deficiency in the political,the economical and the social rights.

The Tang Dynasty was a period when the status of farmers in China underwent enormous changes.

Peasant status is an important and a difficult subject in Middle Ages.
