By means of analysis on documentation,questionnaire survey,interview survey and mathematical statistics,the author made an investigation on 1,000 or so students in ten higher vocational colleges in six cities of Anhui as to the students’ injuries in extracurricular sports activities.
采用文献资料、问卷调查、访问调查、数理统计法,对安徽省六个地市十所高职高专的千余名学生课余体育运动损伤现状进行调查并得出结论:课余体育运动损伤发生率较高,男生高于女生;四肢皮肤、肌肉的损伤率较高,踝关节和腕指关节的损伤率高于其它关节;对抗性强的项目损伤率高;肌肉的挫伤、拉伤及韧带的拉伤为常见损伤类型。
