The pH-responsive crosslinking poly(ethylene glycol)-co-poly(acrylic acid)(PEG-co-PAAc) microspheres were prepared by dispersion copolymerization of St-PEG macromonomer with acrylic acid in 3-pentanone in the present of N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide(Bis) as crosslinker and 2,2'-Azobis(isobutyronitrile)(AIBN) as initiator.
在N,N′-亚甲基二丙烯酰胺(Bis)存在的条件下,以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,使苯乙烯单封端聚乙二醇(St-PEG)大分子单体与丙烯酸(AAc)在3-戊酮溶液中进行分散共聚反应,得到了聚乙二醇-co-聚丙烯酸(PEG-co-PAAc)交联微球。

The novel spherical particles were prepared by dispersion copolymerization of AN with St in the presence of MA-PEG macromonomer in ethanol/water mixed solvents(vol/vol=4/1) at 60℃ for 24h by using 2,2′-azobisisobutyrnitrile(AIBN) as a free radical initiator.
