Based on the theories of language transfer, this paper analyzes the nature and complexity of L1, L2 and L3’ interaction with one another during the language learning process, especially the role of L2 in the third language acquisition, and points out the enlightenment of multilingual transfer on dual foreign languages teaching.

This article explained the possibility about how to exploit foreign specialty periodicals to carry out the specialty foreign language teaching,and make a simple essay right to the efficiency that brought out by this type teaching.
