In view of the problem puzzling both teachers and students in grammar teaching and learning,Diana Larsen-Freeman put forward the concept "grammaring",which centers ongrammar as a skill parallel with the four language skills of listening,speaking,reading andwriting.

The comprehensive-skill English learning method based on the input and output hypotheses;

Phonetic learning can affect the learning of other language items,and a good foundation of pronunciation can contribute to the acquisition of other language skills such as listening,speaking,reading and writing.

The result shows that we should have an efficient reformation in language skills and emotional attitude.

The teaching of British and American literature is favorable for students to know British and American culture,promote their language skills and comprehensive quality and finally realize the teaching object in teaching program.

If we really want to have a good mastery of the language,we must conscientiously learn the English knowledge and theories,stress the cultivation of the four English skills of listening,speaking.

According to the results of experiment and questionnaires,the effects of internet-aided English teaching on the students’ English skills are analyzed,compared with traditional English teaching.

To start the phonetic course earlier not only increases students phonetic knowledge, but also corrects their wrong pronunciation, and helps develop their ability in self-study and improve their other English skills.

It also advocates the communication between students and teachers and students themselves, which sets new demands on students language skills.

According to the national syllabus for the ELT in the three-year college, students must have a good mastery of English language knowledge, improve their English language skills, and develop their communicative competence, so as to lay a solid foundation for further English language study and application.
