中国新莽时代新铸五量合一的标准量器。器形是中间一大圆筒,上为斛,底为斗，左耳为升，右耳为合、龠，外壁正面有81字总铭，与新莽铜丈铭同。每一种量又各有分铭，记述了各器径、深和容积。新嘉量制造技术精湛,计算方法先进,可依新嘉量校核秦汉度量衡制度。近人刘复详测器各部位的尺寸、容量和重量，并推算出新莽时一尺长23.08864厘米，一升容 200.63492毫升，一斤重 226.666克。现藏台北故宫博物院。
