In this thesis, using a stylistic approach, I have explored the style markers and their stylistic effects of legal English texts at the lexical, syntactical and semantic levels, in the hope that such a study may enhance the readers or translators’sense of style and sensitivity to legal English texts so as to understand and translate these texts in a more efficient way.
本文在前人研究的基础上,用文体学的方法研究了法律英语语篇在词汇、句法和语义三个语言层面上的文体标记及其文体效果,以期提高读者或译者对法律英语语篇的文体意识和敏感度,从而能更好的理解和翻译。
