In this thesis, using a stylistic approach, I have explored the style markers and their stylistic effects of legal English texts at the lexical, syntactical and semantic levels, in the hope that such a study may enhance the readers or translators’sense of style and sensitivity to legal English texts so as to understand and translate these texts in a more efficient way.
本文在前人研究的基础上,用文体学的方法研究了法律英语语篇在词汇、句法和语义三个语言层面上的文体标记及其文体效果,以期提高读者或译者对法律英语语篇的文体意识和敏感度,从而能更好的理解和翻译。

In this new algorithm, Hub and Authority values are firstly calculated from the links between the web pages, and the relevant weight of each page is gained by matching link anchor or document content with query, and then rank the retrieved results according to weight and hub or authority.
该算法首先通过网页之间的链接关系计算出每一网页的出度值和入度值 ,并将查询条件与超链接上的标记文本或网页全文内容进行相似度匹配 ,得出每一网页的权值 ,综合权值与出度或入度值 ,将检索结果进行排序输出 。
