识记障碍(disturbanee in registration)一种记忆障碍。识记是感知的事物在脑中留下痕迹的过程。识记依赖于意识水平，任何一种意识障碍，不论是醉酒或脑震荡，都会影响识记。拳击手在比赛中头部遭受沉重一击，对此后一段时间内的事件可无任何记忆。一个在晚宴上喝多了酒的人，当晚言行可能并无不得体之处，有时次日却什么也想不起来。脑炎、严重脑外伤或蛛网膜下腔出血时，意识障碍持续数周或数月之久，对这时的经历则毫无记忆，称为遗忘症。在精神分裂症紧张性木僵或反应性木僵状态，病人对刺激完全无反应，似乎有识记障碍，但事后有的病人可以回忆，或用催眠、麻醉分析的方法能引出有关记忆，说明这类病人仍能感知并识记;有时由于情绪的原因记忆受到压抑。 (赵亚忠撰刘协和市)
