In order to utilize the renewable energy rationally and maximize energy-consuming green benefit,the optimal configuration model of renew- able energy with two levels of regions and consumers was set up,which was based on the theories of energy-consuming marginal benefit equilibrium and marginal utility function equilibrium in economics.
