| 空竹 中国民间玩具。以竹筒制成，中空，因而得名。古称空筝。江南称扯铃。以北京产的空竹最有名。空竹由空钟发展而来。据明代《帝京景物略》记载，空钟为木制，圆形，中空，四周开口，中有竹轴，以线缠竹轴，用力拽拉，空钟即落地旋转。清代空钟改由竹筒制成，四周开口为哨，拽拉旋转后发出声音。空竹分单轮和双轮两种。圆盘四周的哨口以一个大哨口为低音孔，若干小哨孔为高音孔。按哨口数量分为双响、4响、5响，直至36响。当人们拽拉、抖动时，各哨口同时发音，高亢雄浑，用力越大，声音越响。空竹的操作技巧有扔高、爬杆、调换等，为中国传统的杂技项目。
