中国北方渔猎民族冬季使用的滑雪、狩猎工具。又名"踏板"，古称"木马"。（见彩图）早在《北史》中就有"骑木而行"的记载。《黑龙江志稿》载："以木板长五尺贴缚两足，手持长竿,划雪前进，则板乘雪力,瞬息可出十余里，......运转自如，虽飞鸟有所不及也。"滑雪板多以松木为原料，长五、六尺，宽五至七寸不等。前端呈弯状，翘度大而窄，后端呈坡形，翘度小而宽；中间略厚，置有绑脚皮带。早期滑雪板板底无包皮,后期以皮包底,用包皮滑雪板爬山不至向后滑。中华人民共和国成立前，鄂温克等族猎人,冬季多用滑雪板追击野兽，可日滑行160华里。鄂温克族为鼓励12岁以上的青少年学习滑雪，每年二、三月间举行滑雪比赛。 在国外，西伯利亚、北欧等地渔猎民族，也使用类似的滑雪、狩猎工具。
