| 古柯(coca) 古柯科古柯属古柯中的一个变种，学名Erythroxylum coca Lam. var. novogranatense Berck. 常绿灌木。别名高根。叶为提取可卡因原料。原产于南美洲的哥伦比亚、厄瓜多尔、秘鲁、玻利维亚和巴西。中国台湾省、海南省和云南省西双版纳也有栽种。 株高2-3m，枝条细弱。叶互生，倒卵形，全缘。花1-5朵簇生于叶腋，花萼5枚，黄绿色，花瓣5枚，呈星状；雄蕊10枚，子房3室。核果椭圆形，熟时枣红色。种了1粒，卵圆形具纵棱。花期2月至3月及6月至8月。果期3月至4月及7月至9月。 喜温暖湿润气候及排水良好，肥沃的壤土和轻粘土。遇0℃低温植株受冻害，小苗死亡，22-25℃之间生长良好。以种子育苗繁殖为主，随采随播，发芽率达85-95%。扦插前施足基肥，株行距80-100 ×150cm，每亩栽450-550株。每年追肥3-4次，主要病虫害有立枯病Rhizoctonia sp.、毒蛾Orgyia antiqua、蚧壳虫等。叶含多种生物碱0.7-1.5%，都是爱康宁(Ecgonine)的衍生物。作为治疗神经痛的止痛药、健胃剂、止咳药、治疗气喘病的良药和作发汗剂，亦为兴奋剂、强壮剂。 |
