The construction of teaching system outside campus,the design of individual intern guide,teaching outside campus,video classes on internet,and field-tutoring by front-line experts from enterprises are all discussed in this paper.

Based on the case study of Huaihua University,this article puts forward some improving measures,aiming to improve the teaching quality of out-campus correspondence offices as well as its development.
