以高职"2+1"人才培养模式改革为背景,以数控技术专业为例,着重研究"1"阶段教学的关键问题,并就校外教学体系的构建、个性化实习指导方案设计、校外授课、网上传课、企业导师现场教学等环节进行了论述,实践证明,切实抓好"1"阶段教学环节,是确保教学改革成功的关键。
