采用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,对蹦床教练员进行调查,结果表明,目前我国蹦床教练员队伍年龄结构不甚合理;教练员学历有提升,但有与实际水平不符现象;初级职称教练学历较低;队伍构成复杂,但曾经的运动技术水平很高;教练员接受培训的欲望较强,目前的培训形式不能满足教练员的需求。

采用心理测量法对蹦床运动员的应对策略进行了研究,研究表明:蹦床运动员比体院学生更少地采用"求助宗教"和"逃避";女子蹦床运动员"忍受"和"求助宗教"的得分明显高于男子蹦床运动员;健将级、一级比二级蹦床运动员更少地采用"求助宗教";性格外向或情绪稳定的蹦床运动员倾向于积极的应对方式,而性格内向或情绪不稳定的蹦床运动员倾向与采用消极的应对方式;不同的应对方式对运动竞赛状态焦虑有不同的影响。
