又名宫廷御膳。为清宫廷名厨肖代创制，专供皇家食用。后肖氏流落江陵，曾在聚珍园餐馆制作，传流至今。系以糯米、红枣、莲子、苡米、桂元、核桃仁、桂花、瓜条等蒸制而成。色泽光亮，香甜可口，油而不腻，甜而不厌。
