奥地利学派的抽象演绎法：反对历史学派，以抽象演绎法和历史学派的历史归纳法相对立，企图以彻底的主观主义更新资产阶级经济学的理论体系。把经济学的研究对象看作只是研究人和物之间的关系。奥地利学派抽象演绎法的特点：第一，把个人从社会和历史中抽象出来，个人经济是第一性的、本原的，社会是第二性的、派生的。第二，唯心主义的心理分析。经济研究的就是快乐与痛苦的关系。他们把政治经济学完全从属于心理学，甚至公开宣称政治经济学是实用心理学。评价：抽象掉社会生产关系，否认了经济范畴和经济规律的历史性。生产不仅供给物质以满足需求，并且也创造了需求。
