布鲁姆目标分类学(Bloom’5 taxonomyof objectives)美国教育心理学家布鲁姆等人提出的对教育目标进行系统分类的一种理论。任务是:(l)选择合适符号。(2)给教育目标卜定义。(3)在行动、思维等方面区分教育者。(4)区分学习结果。教育的目标实质_}二就是学习的结果,主要根据社会的需要来确定。不仅要考虑社会的需求,也要考虑人的全面发展和充分发挥每个人的潜力的需要。布鲁姆根据学习的结果,把教育目标分成三类:认知领域、情感领域和动作技能领域。每一类又排成由低到高的若干层级。目标分类作为一种工具必须能为专业工作者接受和运用,同时具有可懂性和可交流性。这种分类能将学习结果具体化,从而有助于教育者采用相应的教学策略和评价手段。 (刘志华撰戚立夫审)
