According to the working principle of Education Department-college responsibility,self-constraint and administrative supervision,this article combines our 2008 enrolling students by itself with its practice and probes,so as to construct mechanism,supervising,and enrolling,which could reasonably direct high school graduates into essential higher vocational colleges.

Based on the characteristics of single-handed recruited students of accounting we should adjust the establishment of courses,strengthen fundamental courses teaching,improve teaching contents and teaching methods and strengthen practice training to carry out the pertinent education on single-handed recruitment students.
