【抵押价格】指以土地为担保物而取得贷款时,银行对土地所估定的价格。由于不动产投资数额巨大,或因对农地开发,市地改造等需要较长期的大数额贷款,银行为了减少自身的风险,一般要求贷款方以土地作为抵押,并对土地进行估价。估价的结果便是抵押价格,一般要比交易价格低。贷款额的多少则是根据低押价格的某一百分比计算的。
