【旅游保险】又称“旅行保险”。只承保被保险人在一次旅游或旅行中因遭受意外伤害所致死亡,残废或医疗费支出的人身保险。当被保险人参加旅行社组织的旅游活动,由旅行社集体办理投保手续时,保险期限自被保险人登上旅行社的交通工具始,至旅行结束离开旅行社提供、指定的交通工具止。在旅途中,如果被保险人离开旅行社组织的活动,自行活动期间所受意外伤害,保险人不予负责。
