性质:两种或多种反应物以固态形式进行的反应。如MgO和Al2O3物质量比为1:1时,生成尖晶石MgAl2O4。若热力学上是允许的反应,往往反应速率受动力学控制,它大致为三方面:(1)反应固体间的接触面积或比表面;(2)产物相的成核速度;(3)离子通过各物相特别是产物相的扩散速度。加成反应,如氧化锌(ZnO)与氧化铁(Fe2O3)反应生成四氧化二铁锌(ZnFe2O4)和置换反应,如硫化锌与氧化镉反应生成硫化镉和氧化锌。固体材料的制取一般在多晶粉末间进行。反应速率依赖于粒子大小、堆积密度、孔度等物理因素。磨细,压片,烧结等操作在固-固反应中特别重要。
