It is found that the poly-Si/SiO2 interface has a transition region instead of changingabruptly.

In order to study the effect of dose enhancement of interface irradiated by X-ray at different directions,a Au/Si interface model is established,then the energy deposit in the model cell are calculated when 50keV X-ray irradiate the interface at different directions,and dose-enhancment factors were obtained.
