性质：又称五肽促胃液素。(CH3)3COC-β-Ala-Try-Met-Asp-Phe-NH2  由人工合成制得的五肽。无色针状结晶。熔点229～230℃(分解)。溶于二甲基甲酰胺及稀氨水，几乎不溶于水、乙醇、乙醚和苯，不溶于氯仿。肽键羧基末端四肽的化学结构与天然胃泌素完全一致。促胃酸分泌作用相当于天然胃泌素的四分之一，相当于组胺的125倍，作用可维持10～40min。用于胃液分泌机能和胰功能试验。
