东公馆位于甘肃临夏市城东南角，占地面积50余亩，1945年建成。是原国民党第四十集团军副司令、柴达木屯垦督办马步青的私邸。馆内建筑全系砖木结构，四座正院及附属设施呈“田”字形布局，四座院落毗邻处有天井一处，四角有门通向四个院落，天井正北为歇山式三屏并列一字形大影壁，壁心有回族砖雕艺人绽成元的砖雕名作《江山图》，是河州砖雕艺术的代表，东公馆兼容和汇聚了众多砖雕木刻能工巧匠高超的技艺，展示了河州砖雕、木刻艺术的精华，观赏价值很高，现为少年宫和旅游定点单位。
